Personal information contained in email sent by members and non-members may be used to answer questions, follow-up on suggestions or complaints and to improve the level of service. Please be advised that regular e-mail may not be secure against interception by unauthorized individuals.  Therefore, we strongly advise you to log into Virtual Branch and send emails containing personal information via Secure Email.

Online
Personal information disclosed to us by way of applications or forms transmitted via a secured site will be accessed by an authorized IRCO employee. Your personal information will be held in strict confidence except in cases of reporting to the credit bureau as required by law.
