At IRCO the health and safety of our employees, members and the communities we serve is our top priority. With our branch locations entering the Governors’ “Yellow Phase” in Pennsylvania and “Stage 2” for New Jersey, we are thrilled to share with you the reopening of our Easton Branch on June 8, 2020 and our Phillipsburg Branch on June 15, 2020.

As we continue to move forward you will find a few changes in the manner in which we deliver service while exceeding your expectations:

  • We will require masks to be worn in our facilities AT ALL TIMES. A gentle reminder that masks must be worn by completely covering your mouth and your nose. You may be asked to briefly lower your mask for identification purposes.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available for your use.
  • You will notice “Plexiglass/Sneeze Guards” in our Branches which are designed for the safety of our members and our employees.
  • We have six feet markers on our floors to assist you with social distancing.
  • Unfortunately, we will not permit member’s access to our Phillipsburg second and third floors. All loan servicing, wires, and death notices will be serviced on the main floor of our Phillipsburg Branch.
  • Reminder that we still have two drive-thru lanes available at our Phillipsburg Branch.
  • Please remember that we are here for you in all ways meaningful.

We continue to strongly encourage you to use IRCO’s digital banking solutions for 24/7 self-service account access. Our digital banking solutions provide access to your accounts utilizing IRCO’s Mobile app or online banking. Either solution provides you the ability to view transactions, check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks (available through the mobile app), pay bills, schedule payments and so much more. 4-14-20 – FREE Webinar – Benefits of Share Insurance

The National Credit Union Association (NCUA) is hosting a free webinar in collaboration with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for you to better understand the benefits of share insurance and federal deposits and answer questions about the safety of deposits at federally insured financial institutions.

Reps from NCUA and FDIC will share tools, tip sheets and other resources that will help you manage your household finances during the current national health emergency and recognize potential fraud and scams.

Fraudsters have been quick to deploy scams involving stimulus check payments. If you receive phone calls, text messages, emails, or other types of communication claiming to be from the IRS and asking for personal financial information, such as your bank account number, do not respond or click on any links or attachments.  These are scams to get your personal information or to deliver malware to your computer.

Coronovirus COVID – 19 Readiness

Like you, we are monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus. Be assured that we are doing all we can to make sure our offices are open and our staff is onsite. You can count on us during times like this, especially if you need our help.

We have ensured that our offices, including ATM screens and signature pads, are cleaned frequently with EPA-approved disinfectants.

We also want you to have confidence in using IRCO’s Audio Response System, Virtual Branch – Online Banking, and Mobile Banking products anywhere, anytime. You’ll be able to:

  • Access your accounts to see transactions, balances, transfer funds and update your personal details
  • Deposit checks by snapping a picture of your check to deposit, by using Remote Deposit Capture
  • Make payments to your IRCO loans and VISA Credit Cards, along with scheduling recurring payments
  • Pay your credit cards, loans, utilities, and other bills using our Online Bill Pay
  • Apply for a loan online at www.ircocu.com and possibly disburse certain loan types completely online
