SECOND MORTGAGES
Our 2nd mortgage program is a great way to borrow a large amount without any out-of-pocket expenses. We offer many flexible terms, including 5, 7, 10,15 and 20 year loans with NO FEES OR POINTS! And best of all, the rates are FIXED for the life of the loan.
We lend up to 80% of the appraised value, minus any existing mortgage balance you already have. Plus, you can borrow for virtually any reason. You must reside in the home as your primary residence and it must be located in PA or NJ within a 50 mile radius of the credit union office. HOME EQUITY LOANS
Our open-end, adjustable rate loan allows you to apply for the maximum equity available from your home. Then, use the funds and as you pay the loan down, the money becomes available to you again without going through another application process. Best of all, there are NO FEES OR POINTS! You must reside in the home as your primary residence and it must be located in PA or NJ within a 50 mile radius of the credit union office.
Home Equity Line of Credit participants utilize funds through a checking account that is furnished to them at no cost. These loans are available for a maximum term of 15 years and rates are based on the prime rate + "0%." Click RATES for current info.
